At MAXX-D, we are serving the Blue Collar Haulers of America. Blue Collar Haulers are people who use their trucks and trailers to move stuff to make a living.

This week, we’re sharing the story of Luis Cortes out of Dallas, TX. He moves stuff to make a living with his MAXX-D trailers, and we are stoked to be part of what he is doing.

People like Luis are making America a better place, one haul at a time. We want to share these ‘Blue Collar Hauler’ Stories with you all in the hopes that you too will pick up the Blue Collar gauntlet and move stuff to make a living, or if you already do, that you will be encouraged to keep going and build something great out there.

You can make it happen, just like these Blue Collar Haulers featured here.

LUIS CORTES WITH SUCIOS TOWING

Who are you and where are you from?

My name is Luis Cortes, and I’m from Dallas, Texas.

What do you do?

I own and run Sucios Towing, and we do Towing & Auto Transport, both local and cross country hauling, and specialize in hauling low cars. You can find me on Instagram here: https://www.instagram.com/suciostowing/

How did you get started?

All of this started out as a hobby; I owned a Shelby GT500 and raced it a lot. When I would break down I would often call tow companies to tow my vehicle. I got tired of spending $200 or more for every single tow, so I decided to purchase my first trailer and do my towing myself.

At first I bought a simple trailer without realizing how much more work I have to do with pulling out ramps or making sure my bumper was not scraping when loading or unloading my car. So I started looking into simpler ways to load up my own vehicle by myself without worrying about ramps or my bumper getting damaged. I searched on YouTube or Google for custom car trailers or tilt trailers and wound up finding the MAXX-D Drop-N-Load airbag carhauler online.

What’s your favorite part of what you do?

I think my favorite part of what I do is that we get to meet new people with amazing cars each time. Everywhere I tow a car I get compliments about our equipment, whether it’s our Drop-N-Load or our T8X full power tilt trailer. They compliment how we never have issues loading up lowered cars.

How does your trailer help you get work done?

I think our trailers make our work more efficient saves us time & labor. We don’t have to worry about ramps, or if the car we are picking up will scrape when we’re loading or unloading it. On our Drop-N-Load we never have issues loading up any lowered vehicle, and in our T8X tilt we never have issues loading up wide trucks or equipment.

The best part is everything is wireless, from the up to air up the trailer or down to air out, to the wireless remote! Saves us a lot of time & we get to transport more cars in a day. Time is money!

Luis, we’re stoked to be part of what you’re doing, and it inspires us to see blue-collar people like you out there doing what you love. Keep going man!
