BRIAN MILLIKIN WITH BJM CLEANOUTS!

Who are you and where are you from?

“My name is Bryan Millikin and I am from Sparta, New Jersey.”

What do you do?

“I own and operate BJM Cleanouts, which does junk removal services and small demolition projects. We take on both residential and commercial jobs.”

How did you get started?

“I actually started this business by seeing an ad online. After that I came up with my business name and created my own business cards online. I filled out all the paperwork to get my business registered. I had a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer and brought a used 12’ cargo trailer.”

“My first job was picking up a couch or two and some mattresses. Couple weeks later I had a decent size junk removal job. Over a few months my name was slowly getting out into the public by word of mouth from friends and family and Facebook.”

“Three years into the business I joined a BNI (Business Network International) group. BNI is worldwide and it’s a big business referral group. This is where the business really took off. After another year I was getting more jobs, I was able to buy a used 2016 F-250 and couple months later and I got the MAXX-D ROX Roll-Off Dump Trailer.”

“A few months later I upgraded from the 2016 F-250 to a 2021 F-350. After I joined BNI I also promoted my business on Instagram as well.”

What’s your favorite part of what you do?

“My most favorite part of what I do is that every day is different. You meet new people every day. It’s a different type of job every day and with junk removal service and cleanouts and you never know what you are going to find. We have found some pretty cool stuff in our years. Just seeing the smile on people’s faces as they watch the junk/unwanted items leave their home and that they get to reclaim back their space which was once filled.”

How does your trailer help you get work done?

“Back in the beginning of my business I was using a single axle cargo trailer for cleanouts. There were so many jobs that I had to go back twice or even three times because I couldn’t fit everything and or the load was too heavy. Now with the MAXX-D Roll-Off Dump trailer I’m usually done with most jobs in one load. We have had a bunch of very large jobs that we had to go back a few times for.”

“Now being able to drop bins off at job sites and having crews load them and fact that’s most jobs are done in one load; it saves so much time. Time is money. I sometimes get three smaller jobs into one trailer load. Saving time and getting more jobs done in one day is a huge benefit for my business.”

ROX ROLL-OFF ATTACHMENT LINEUP

There are hundreds of people like Brian operating their own Trash Removal Businesses with our ROX Roll-Off system. What makes the ROX Roll-Off Dump Trailer unique is its versatility. With a traditional dump trailer, you can only have and use it in one place at one time.

With an ROX Roll-Off Dump Trailer, you can service and use several dump-beds/dumpsters with one trailer, and you can also use several different attachments with this one trailer:

The Flatbed, which is 14′ long and 83″ wide and is great for hauling pallets of materials or even equipment.

The 6 Cubic-Yard Bin, which is 14′ long, has 2′ sided, 6 cubic yard bin, with a heavy-duty 7-gauge floor and sides, which is great for concrete bust outs and haul dirt, gravel, and other heavy materials.

The 13 Cubic Yard Bin (Commonly referred to as a 15-yard bin), which is 14′ long, 4′ sided, with a 10 gauge floor and sides, and is the most common Roll-Off Attachment we sell. These work well for construction and demolition work, and light to medium debris.

The 18 Cubic Yard Bin (Commonly referred to as a 20-yard bin), which is also built out of 10 gauge steel. This is best for lighter trash and debris.
