Who are you and where are you from?
“My name is Austin Butcher, I am from Springfield Missouri area and my companies are all in Nixa Missouri.”
What do you do for a living?
“I currently own multiple companies. I own The Trusted Gentlemen, which is a security based service company. We do a large variety of services, with our clients’ safety and security at the focus. That way they do not have to worry about the safety of their property or safety of their family. We do a variety of tasks such as lawn care and theatre contracting. We work with several business owners and school districts to provide what they need.”
How did you get started?
“I started my first company when I was 12 years old and sold it when I was 19. When I was younger I realized we needed to stand out in a good way from everyone else. In turn I started wearing a bow tie and a button up shirt to mow in. Then I started The Trusted Gentlemen in 2020 and continued to add a variety of services to the company as clients requested. I also found other needs that our clients had and started companies to fulfill those needs. I have had a lot of help from family and friends over the years. As well as business advisers that I have become good friends with. My church family has always been a great help with the company and spreading the word.”
What’s your favorite part of what you do?
“I love being able to stay busy and think of new ways to do things and help people. I can help my clients and help provide jobs to good people. I love to solve problems and do it in a way no one else would, putting myself to the test of solving challenging and perplexing problems is very enjoyable.”
How does your trailer help you get work done?
“A trailer is crucial to the success of my companies for moving equipment and supplies for our clients. We use the trailer to move our mowers from property to property. We also use it frequently for our theater clients for hauling sets and supplies to our clients to help build what they need. We also use the trailer for general contracting purposes, which if we did not have we would not be able to do a lot of these tasks.”
