BRANDON MCCURDY WITH AMERICAN DUMPSTER & DISPOSAL
Here’s Blue Collar Hauler Brandon McCurdy and his story:
Who are you and where are you from?
“I’m Brandon McCurdy and my wife is Dana, and we are from Prescott, Arizona.”
What do you do?
“My wife and I own a Roll Off Dumpster & Disposal Business called American Dumpster & Disposal, out in Prescott, Arizona. You can find us on Facebook and Instagram @americandumpsterdisposal.”
How did you get started?
“I began with five thousand dollars, and put all that money into our business, which started out as a power wash company about 3 years ago. Not long after getting going, I, Brandon, quickly needed something to fill my work days up more. To get more work, we bought a small dump truck and started doing junk removal.
After we had grown that heavily, we purchased our first four Roll-off dumpsters and Roll-Off trailer from Canady Trailers in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which is 1,050 miles from me, since they had the dumpsters in stock. I slowly started adding dump trailers and the business grew from there.
I started heavily working the Roll Off containers, and it has been a blessing for my family. It took me a about 4-5 months to figure out the Roll Off Trash Business and streamline it. We have put so many resources into our business, working on the internet and with google SEO, and through that innovative, hard work, we are slowly but surely becoming a name in the garbage removal world.
Back in May, I purchased a second Roll-Off trailer and three more dumpsters from Canady Trailers. They were fantastic and it was totally worth the trip once again. We made some new friends, got great product support, and had an easy buying experience where we could basically just hook up the trailers and go. Our friends at Canady even offered us advice on lodging and food as well.”
What’s your favorite part of what you do?
“My favorite part of the trash business is knowing what items are worth and reselling. Digging through what people throw away at times. I’ve pulled out very good generators, nice working riding lawn mowers and I get fuel money each week from saving scrap metal.”
How does your MAXX-D trailer help you get your work done?
“Our MAXX-D trailers are solid built and handle loads at or under the load rating with ease. The finish and quality that goes into these trailers are second to none. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the solid equipment built by hard working Americans that believe in their products and believe in the people who operate them on a daily basis.
We truly thank you from our hearts.”
We’ve had merch for a long time, but we’ve just recently added a MAXX-D Merch Webpage so that you can buy hats, shirts, coolers, mugs, and other kinds of blue collar stuff! It’s merch and apparel for hard working Americans that are not afraid to get dirty and get stuff done.
