As a versatile car hauler with added storage space in front of the tilting bed, it’s hard to beat the G4X 7k gravity tilt trailer. This workhorse tilting car hauler is perfect for unique applications where you want the convenience of a tilting bed, but don’t necessarily want to completely give up the stability of a fixed deck surface. It’s truly the best of both worlds.
When we designed the G4X, we knew a low deck would be important to many end users. With that in mind, the G4X is equipped with a 20” bed height, built above a large hydraulic cushion cylinder. The deck also features a full-width knife edge rear that comes right down to the pavement.
With a fixed front deck portion that’s separate from the tilting bed, the G4X gives you enhanced functionality when hauling more than just cars. Both deck sections include full length rub rails and stake pockets, for plenty of options when securing your vehicles. And like all MAXX-D car and tilt trailers, flush fitting LED lighting is included as a standard feature.
Frames on the G4X 7k gravity tilt trailer are made from 5”x 2” tubing, with a 5” channel wrapped tongue as a standard feature. Crossmembers are formed from rugged 3” channel stock on 16” centers, with the option to space them at 12” depending on your application. The G4X is available in a single standard size of 81” wide and 16’ long.
We also offer Blackwood Pro rubber infused lumber as an option on the G4X gravity tilt car hauler. This rugged, slip resistant decking offers enhanced traction and is an ideal upgrade for the sloping decks of tilt trailers like the G4X.
